1. Rest day

    I’m super duper sore! Yesterday was my first upper body workout with my 10lb weights. My legs are even sore still from the day before yesterday. Feels great. Two protein shakes for me today!

    Although I won’t be working out today, I’m already thinking about whether any of these doorways are strong enough for a pull up bar. I’d love to learn how to do those but i’m not too sure about my doorways.
